We accept all major credit and debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.
As soon as you complete filling in your credit card or debit card details and press the “Complete Your Order” button, the information is transmitted to our billing department where it is checked. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your order is processed and will be shipped out right away.
You will receive a confirmation email whether your order is approved or not. As well, you will receive an email letting you know when the order has been shipped.

All of our orders are shipped securely by Registered Airmail. In order to guarantee delivery, we ship all orders with a courier and therefore we require your signature. The estimated time of arrival is between 12 and 16 business days (Business days do not including weekends and national holidays).
The shipping fee includes handling and insurance.
We do our best to minimize the delivery times and in most cases our customers receive their orders earlier than expected.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances that are not in our control, such as; customs delay, long holidays, international holidays (as some products are sent from overseas), etc.

Tracking numbers are available upon request via phone, e-mail or live-chat. Please note that tracking information will be available between 4 to 6 days after placing your order and the orders can be tracked via www.USPS.com (for USA customers).
